A charming stay at a 17th-century Cotswolds inn, with AA Rosette-awarded dining - breakfast included

The White Hart Royal Hotel is a beautiful retreat in Morton-in-Marsh in the North Cotswolds, built in the region’s famous golden stone and dating from the 17th century. The guest rooms are cosy and traditional in design and the chef serves up hearty, classic British cuisine at the AA Rosette-awarded restaurant.

Moreton-in-Marsh is within easy reach of several gardens, stately homes and walks which make for pleasant afternoon or day trips from the hotel. These include the Jacobean Chastleton House, which dates back over 400 years, and the eye-catching gardens at Hidcote. Thespians will love taking a trip to Stratford-upon-Avon, the home of William Shakespeare, which sits 16 miles away. The White Hart Royal scored a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence.
